About the Barn

The Hilltop Manor Inn Barn interior boasts very high ceilings and gorgeous hardwood flooring. It seats approximately 200 at round tables and approximately 250 using 8 ft. and 6 ft. banquet tables. There is a bench around the perimeter for additional seating. There are 400 white wedding chairs, 24 round tables, 6 high-top cocktail tables, 30-8 ft. banquet tables and 13-6 ft. banquet tables available for your use. There is an upper balcony/stage area suitable for your DJ, band, desserts or wedding party. Air conditioning is available at no fee and heating is available at an additional fee.

Barn amenities include: Separate dressing room and an open corridor for serving food or having a photo booth. Bar/sitting area is located in the Tap Room. There are two handicapped accessible bathrooms and a third unisex bathroom with a shower. There is also a handicapped accessible elevator.  A Tap Room is available for a separate rental fee on the ground level of the barn and includes a pool table/TV. No food preparation is allowed in the dressing rooms or Tap Room.

A complete reservation which includes the barn and house will guarantee exclusive use of the grounds.
