What does a typical rental fee include?
BARN ONLY RENTAL includes tables and 400 chairs. We have 24 round tables, 30 8-ft. banquet tables, 10 6-ft. banquet tables and 6 cocktail tables. There are separate dressing rooms, unisex bathroom with shower, a handicap accessible bathroom, elevator, large banquet room with food prep area, coat room and parking.
HOUSE RENTAL includes all items above and begins at noon on Thursday and runs until 1:00 pm on Sunday. This allows time for setting up Thursday, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on Friday, along with clean up on Sunday and enough time in between to reflect and enjoy the weekend.
Linens are included with the house rental as well as a furnished kitchen. House has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and sleeps seven. Additional sleeping quarters are available. See motel, suite & fifth wheel options. No pets are allowed in the house, motel, suite and fifth wheel or on the property at any time. (There are some exceptions for a pet on the property upon venue owner's approval.)
What does a typical onsite wedding fee include?
Set up and take down of wedding chairs.
How do I reserve a date?
An agreement must be signed and a deposit of $3,000 (non-refundable) paid at time of signing. Balance is due 60 days prior to event.
How is rental of motel rooms, suite and fifth wheel handled?
We have two motel rooms, a suite and a fifth wheel that will be available for your guests to reserve.
Pavilion / Tap Room (Bar)
THE PAVILION is available for rent for the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, rehearsal dinner or wedding dinner. It is an excellent alternative for an outdoor wedding when rain is at risk. The pavilion will be available as needed. When not rented, it potentially will have vehicles or utility trailers inside.
THE BAR area is available for rent daily. It is an excellent option for your cocktail hour. The bar can be reserved at any time.
